Already in high school I started taking pictures. The first camera was not a SLR but a Werra, a unit of Polish descent which you transport the film with a ring around the lens. Then came a Pentax SLR I've had a long time. Initially I took mostly black / white photographs, which I also developed and printedin a homemade darkroom in the attic. The digital era I started with a digital compact, after a number of years I missed more and more the benefits of a SLR. In 2010 I purchased a Canon 550D with a standard and telephoto zoom. Later on, a 10-20mm wide angle Sigma 50mm and Canon was added. My preference is for nature photography, concert photography, Urbex and macro.
